<p>Bahan-bahan</p>
<p>4 tin ikan mackerel in sunflower</p>
<p>2 tin ikan mackerel in tomato sauce</p>
<p>2 sudu cili boh (cili kering kisar le tu..)</p>
<p>1 biji bawang besar dan belacan sebesar ibu jari</p>
<p>(Semua bahan diatas dikisar halus)</p>
<p>Daun kesum, bunga kantan dan 8 keping asam gelugur</p>
<p>1 bungkus laksa -rendam 1-2jam</p>
<p>Ulaman : Salad, timun, bawang, telur rebus, lime, cili padi.</p>
<p>Cara-cara</p>
<p>Untuk blend ikan kena campur air. Rebus semua bahan kisar sampai mendidih. Masuk asam gelugur@keping, daun kesum dan bunga kantan serta garam. Tunggu mendidih , dah siap. Rebus laksa sampai lembut. Bolehlah hidang dengan ulaman. Hmm yum..yum..Jemput makan&#8230;..</p>
