This is a project that has been very close to my heart and I’m so glad that it’s finally online.

“Rempah” is a Malay (Malaysian Language) word. Derived from Sanskrit, it means “spice.”

Rempah is a spice paste or mix similar to an Indian Masala. Rempah are made by grinding up fresh and/or dried spices and herbs to create a spice paste which is then sautéed in oil to bring out the aromas.

What is Rempah.com? Rempah.com is an interesting piece of information collection around the world something related with foods. It is the premiere social blog directory about foods on the internet.
